This is a wonderful opportunity to study with Liz Arundel MRSS T, long- standing teacher of the British School of Shiatsu-Do and former Director of The Glasgow School of Shiatsu.
Liz has studied with Saul Goodman, the pioneer of Shiatsu Shin Tai, for 28 years. She has also received teachings from Ohashi, Pauline Sasaki and Shizuto Yamamoto over several years. She studied Craniosacral Therapy with one of the leading teachers in the UK, Thomas Attlee, at the College of CST.
This course develops aspects of Shiatsu by fusing energetic work with membrane releases, fascial unwinding and passive, gentle structural re-alignment.
Shiatsu Shin Tai can easily be integrated into any other form of bodywork.
Liz will present a detailed diagnosis and techniques for the freeing of the information system which includes the Governing Vessel meridian.
